Thoofan – Local Self-Government Anti-Drug Awareness Programme
The Thoofan Anti-Drug Public Awareness Programme was inaugurated at the Thrippangottur Grama Panchayat level by the Grama Panchayat President, Shri Gafur Moolassery, by hoisting the Thoofan flag.Following this, the President administered the anti-drug pledge. The President handed over the Thoofan Warrior Badge to Shri Vithun P.P.Kolavallur Police Sub-Inspector Shri Wilson Fernandes delivered the Thoofan message. Excise Preventive Officer Smt. Beena conducted an anti-drug awareness class.Standing Committee Chairpersons Smt. Naseema Chamali and Shri Muhammed V.P., Member Nithya Rajan, PKMHS SPC Officer Smt. Safeena, Smt. Sakkeena Thekkayil, and Kumari Lahfa spoke on the occasion.The meeting was presided over by the Grama Panchayat Vice President, Shreya Balan.Grama Panchayat Secretary V.V. Prasad delivered the welcome address, and Smt. Rakhi proposed the vote of thanks.
